5. Shipping & Delivery We aim to dispatch all orders promptly and partner with reliable couriers to ensure timely delivery. Estimated delivery times and shipping fees will be displayed at checkout. Please note:

• The Hood Treasury is not responsible for delays due to courier services, customs, or events beyond our control
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, you may be responsible for re-delivery charges.

6.Returns & Exchanges Please refer to our dedicated Exchange Policy page for full details. In summary:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

Items must be returned within 10 days of purchase or delivery

Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact

Proof of purchase is required

Certain items may be marked “Final Sale” and are not eligible for return or exchange
