Overview
No Returns – Exchanges Only
We do not accept returns under any circumstances. Only exchanges will be considered, provided the conditions outlined below are met.
- Items must be returned within 10 days of purchase or delivery date.
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- All original tags and labels must be intact and attached.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all exchanges.
- Final sale, clearance, or personalized items are not eligible for exchange.
- Items must be returned in a clean and resalable condition.
- Exchanges are only valid for the same product in a different size or color unless otherwise stated.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- Items damaged due to customer misuse or wear and tear are not eligible for exchange.
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Products that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way.
- Items returned without original tags or packaging.
- Products returned outside the 7-day exchange window.
- Sale or clearance items.
- Intimate wear, swimwear, or hygiene-sensitive item
Shipping Fees
- If an incorrect or defective item was sent due to an error on our part, we will cover all shipping costs related to the exchange.
- If the exchange is requested for any other reason, the customer is responsible for all return and reshipping fees.
Return Process
- Step 1: Submit an Exchange Request
- Contact us via email within 10 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.
- Step 2: Wait for Approval
- Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
- If your exchange is approved, we’ll send you a Return Authorization and instructions on how to return the item.
- Step 3: Prepare Your Item for Return
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any tags, labels, or accessories.
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt in the package.
- Step 4: Ship the Item
- Send the package to the return address provided.
- You are responsible for return shipping fees, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.
- Step 5: Inspection & Approval
- Once received, we’ll inspect the item to ensure it meets our exchange conditions.
- You’ll receive an update within 2–3 business days after we receive the return.
- Step 6: Exchange Processed
- If approved, we’ll ship the replacement item to you or issue store credit, depending on your preference.
- If the requested item is out of stock, we’ll contact you to discuss alternatives.
